Timothy A. Davenport
Tim Davenport is a seasoned small to mid-cap executive who has grown and successfully sold companies. Davenport is currently consulting with small business CEOs to help grow their businesses. He also volunteers his time working with special forces men and women leaving the military and starting new companies.
Davenport served as the Chief Executive Officer of Sermo, Inc. since March 28, 2012. Davenport served as the President of Revolution Health Group LLC. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Parature, Inc., since October 2009. Prior to Parature, he served as the President of Revolution Health Network from August 2007 to October 2008. Davenport served as the President and Chief Executive Officer at Livingston International Technology Services Corporation since November 6, 2003. From November 2000 to February 2001, Davenport served as Chief Executive Officer of Worldweb.net. From June 1995 to April 2000, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer at Sage Software, Inc., where he oversaw Best Software's IPO in 1997 as well as its purchase by the Sage Group plc in 2000. From 1987 to June 1995, he served as Vice President, Developer Tools Group and Vice President of Graphics Division, of Lotus Development Corporation. From 1985 to 1987, Davenport served as Vice President of Product Marketing of Decision Resources, a division of Ashton-Tate Corporation.
He held a range of executive and board level positions with software and technology companies over the past 20 years, establishing an impressive track record in the technology industry. Since May 1999, he served as the Chairman of Consona ERP, Inc. He has been a Director of AFS Financial Solutions Inc since April 2000 and Icode Inc. since October 2002. Davenport has been a Director of JPMorgan Chase Vastera, Inc. since April 2000. He serves as Director of Everest Software, Inc., McGraw Hill, ProteinOne and Ryder Systems. He has been a Director of Consona ERP, Inc. since April 2002. He served as Director of Serena Software, Inc. since August 29, 2008. He served as a Director at CorasWorks Corporation.
