Kelly Shemansky serves as Senior Director of Client Experience and Solutions at Red Five. Kelly’s background is in Consultative Sales, Business Development, and Customer Success in the technology and government sectors.
Prior to joining Red Five, Kelly was the Head of Business Development & Partnerships for a cybersecurity and intelligence firm, where she designed and implemented pre-sale, post-sale, and Customer Journey workflows to increase revenue and improve the customer experience.
Kelly previously worked within the Government Service Division of one of the largest staffing companies in the US, where she oversaw account management and service delivery functions for clients in the public sector. In that role, she identified pre-bid and post-award areas of opportunity and engaged as a subcontractor to provide surge and baseline support on numerous programs for the Department of Defense and NASA.
Throughout her career, Kelly has been recognized for her leadership & creative solutions, and has a true passion for building effective partnerships and processes to ensure that her clients and her team achieve success.
