Bio
Kelly Shemansky is Red5’s Sr. Director of Client Experience & Solutions, and previously served as the Director of Cyber Solutions, spearheading the development and design of cyber products and services to support the expansion of Red5’s capabilities.
Kelly has worked extensively in Business Development, Service Delivery, and Customer Success within technology, government, and private sectors. Prior to joining Red5, Kelly was the Head of Business Development & Partnerships for a crypto & blockchain firm, where she designed and implemented pre-to-post-sale workflows and supported product development to increase revenue and partnership opportunities.
Kelly previously worked within the Government Service Division of one of the largest staffing companies in the US, where she oversaw account management and service delivery functions for enterprises and public sector clients. In this role, Kelly identified pre-bid and post-award opportunities to engage as a subcontractor, providing IT and Engineering services on numerous programs for the Department of Defense and NASA.
Throughout her career, Kelly has been recognized for her leadership & client-centered approach, and has a true passion for building effective solutions that ensure the mutual success of her clients and her team. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Editing, Writing & Media, and Communications from Florida State University.
