Shannon MacKay brings more than 25 years of executive leadership experience across large global enterprise organizations, leading complex product portfolios, commercial strategy, and transformation initiatives in dynamic markets. Her background combines revenue accountability, operational discipline, and executive decision making under pressure.

Prior to joining Red Five, Shannon held senior leadership roles at Lenovo and Dell, where she led global teams, scaled enterprise growth initiatives, and built disciplined operating models across hardware, software, and platform ecosystems. She is known for translating complexity into clear strategy, aligning cross functional teams, and driving measurable performance.

At Red Five, Shannon leads Growth and Market Strategy with accountability for revenue performance, sales leadership, and go to market execution across enterprise, government, and private client sectors. She oversees Sales and Marketing, driving demand generation, pricing strategy, and forecasting rigor while strengthening alignment between commercial and operational delivery.

She also serves as an internal executive member of the Red Five Advisory Board, contributing strategic counsel and business leadership to support long term firm direction and value creation.

Shannon focuses on building scalable commercial infrastructure and ensuring that Red Five’s intelligence capabilities translate into measurable client outcomes and sustained growth within a trust first, intelligence led model.
